James is a solicitor based in the Wakefield office. James joined the group as a legal assistant in May 2014 and progressed internally, qualifying as a solicitor in June 2018. James advises clients on a range of matters, including freehold, leasehold and unregistered sales/purchases, transfers of equity and shared ownership.
